-Base coat (of your choice)
-Sally Hansen - Petite Pink: http://amzn.to/1hUQ8Fv
-Sally Hansen - Beet Stain
-Sally Hansen - Tassel
-Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat: http://amzn.to/1K9HQUE
-5 oz paper cup: http://amzn.to/1MFYfk5
-Room temperature filtered water
-Orange stick (or your choice of tool): http://amzn.to/1U20nmV
-(Optional) Simply Peel: http://amzn.to/1JWCNsM or Liquid Latex: http://amzn.to/1JsI9JL or Tape: http://amzn.to/1MFXQyc
-Cleanup brush: http://amzn.to/1P0lvH9
-Clean up with acetone: http://amzn.to/1TlzxtI

►More Valentine's Day nail art◄

►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails an apply base coat
-Use PP as your base color
-(Optional) protect around nails with latex or tape
-In the cup of water, create a bullseye with PP & BS - finish with Tassel in the center
-Draw in your design with your orange stick, then slowly dip in your nails
-Clean the surface, then slowly pull your nails out
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Finish with a top coat!
